Investment property declined from € 19,259 thousand at December 31 2007 to € 18,687 thousand at December 31 2008. The value recorded in the balance sheet is substantially its market value.

The increase in "Restrictions for guarantees and commitments" under the item "Buildings" refers to collateralized loans made to the HSS group.
